1. Who we are

AIPLUX is an AI infrastructure company founded in 2019, headquartered in Singapore with an R&D and engineering hub in Taiwan. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, AIPLUX is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

We collect personal data in three ways:

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact or demo-request form we receive your first and last name, email address, company, country or region and — depending on the form — your job title, your message and the collaboration interests you tick. We also record which language version of the site and which page you submitted from.
• Usage data, only if you accept analytics. Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, how you arrived, an approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and general device and browser characteristics. We do not use this data to identify you.
• Technical logs. Our web server records request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. These logs exist to keep the site available and to detect abuse.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To measure how the site is used and improve it — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
• To keep the site secure and available — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send you information about AIPLUX products — only where you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them. Until then the Google tag runs in a cookieless mode that reports aggregate traffic without storing anything on your device.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the providers we need in order to run this site, and only for that purpose:

• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, for website measurement, and only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Google Cloud — infrastructure hosting for this website; the server is located in Taiwan (asia-east1).

6. International transfers

AIPLUX is based in Singapore and this website is served from Taiwan, so personal data you send us leaves the European Economic Area. Where we transfer data out of the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the technical measures described below. Google's transfers for Google Analytics are covered by its own Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep it

• Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case the record is kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long as required afterwards for tax and legal purposes.
• Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for the period configured on the property; the GA4 default is 14 months.
• Server logs: rotated regularly and kept no longer than 12 months.
• Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which the banner asks again.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to how we process it, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.

9. How we protect data

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS enabled. Form submissions are stored in a database on our own server rather than with a third-party form service. Administrative access requires an individual account and is limited to staff who need it. Our products are built for on-premise deployment precisely because our customers work with confidential and legally sensitive material.

10. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your data will be announced on the site.
