INTA 2025 Highlights: The Growing Need for Secure AI in IP

Reflecting on International Trademark Administration (INTA) Annual Meeting 2025, we’ve gained some invaluable insights that have left us thinking deeply about the direction of AI in the intellectual property space. As we engaged with the attendees, it became clear that security, accuracy, and privacy are top concerns when it comes to integrating AI into IP workflows. While AI is increasingly being talked about as a game-changer, there’s still a significant trust gap, especially when it comes to the handling of sensitive data.
A large portion of our conversations revolved around the challenges of cloud-based AI solutions. Many legal professionals voiced concerns about the risk of client data being exposed, as well as the potential for inaccurate or unreliable results, particularly when using AI models like ChatGPT for IP work. These concerns were not just about privacy but also about the integrity of their work and the protection of their clients’ intellectual property.
What stood out to us the most was how urgently the market is asking for AI solutions that offer more control and security. The fear of data being compromised or mishandled was real, and it’s clear that knowledge professionals want AI that they can trust to operate securely, accurately, and privately. This is exactly why we built Agent Cube, an offline on-premises AI (EDGE AI) solution designed with privacy and compliance in mind. By processing data locally and drawing insights from your own database and eliminates the need for cloud-based services that leave sensitive data vulnerable.
It was amazing to see the positive feedback we received from those who were looking for exactly what our EDGE AI offers, which is an offline AI solution that gives them full control over their data, ensures accuracy with no hallucinations, and complies with strict legal and regulatory standards.
The feedback we gathered at INTA 2025 reinforced our mission to provide secure, offline AI solutions that help professionals in the IP space work with confidence. We left the event more motivated than ever to continue pushing the boundaries of AI technology, making it safer, more reliable, and easier to integrate into everyday workflows.
We’re really excited to continue the conversation with all the amazing people we met at INTA. The future of AI in IP is full of potential, and we can’t wait to continue building on the foundation we’ve started.
