AIPLUX Team Members Appointed to 2026–2027 INTA Committees

The International Trademark Association (INTA) has announced its member who will serve on the organization’s committees for the 2026–2027 term. INTA committees play a vital role in shaping the association’s policy direction, implementing strategic objectives, and supporting programs that promote trademarks and related IP rights around the world.

Three members of the AIPLUX team have been appointed to serve on INTA committees for the upcoming term:

  • Alfred WuPatents Committee
    The Patents Committee develops the Associations policy agenda and supports education and awareness programs for members with respect to patent law, practice, and management. The committee will monitor developments and trends in treaties, case law, legislation, and prosecution practices in various jurisdictions, complete analyses, and propose policy recommendations to the Board.
  • Vincent ChenData Committee
    The Data Committee explores how data (personal and non-personal) may be subject to IP protection as well as data regulation. The committee is particularly focused on the impact of regulatory frameworks on the commercial use of data.
  • Amelia WidjajaThe Trademark Reporter (TMR) Committee
    The TMR Committee responsible for The Trademark Reporter (TMR), the law journal of the International Trademark Association, has been publishing since its inception in 1911. The TMR delivers innovative and comprehensive legal scholarship and practice insights on trademarks and complementary intellectual property to practitioners, academics, and courts worldwide.
